Troy Guerard Knight, the legal counsel for the Town of Summerville, and a loved and respected leader and attorney, passed away in November of 2004. Troy’s memory will live on through the critical services Children In Crisis, Inc., provides to protect children suffering from abuse or neglect in our area. Children In Crisis, Inc. is very proud to be the recipient of the proceeds from the annual golf tournament, in memory of Troy.

The Seventh Annual Scrumptious Summerville Kitchen Tour, to benefit Children In Crisis, Inc., was held Sunday, October 11, 2009.
Each year the Kitchen Tour is a unique delight for the senses as patrons tour grand homes in Summerville and sample gourmet treats prepared by premiere Lowcountry chefs. Local musicians are scheduled to perform in each home or garden and area florists grace the interior décor with floral arrangements. The homes are toured from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
